Took my car in for an AC repair. Was told it would be ready in one day. That day I was told it would be one more day. Then I heard nothing from them. I finally called on the 8th day they had it and was t ready in one day. That day I was told it would be one more day. Then I heard nothing from them. I finally called on the 8th day they had it and was told they weren't sure why my car wasn't done. All the parts had been billed and it's a job that usually requires keeping the vehicle 2 days. Surprisingly, I got a call the morning of day 9 saying that my car was done and ready to be picked up. I am totally disgusted that in 9 days I only received one call from them. Not to mention the day I took it in, with an appointment, I sat in the lobby 2 hours and no one came to tell me what was going on with my vehicle. When I finally asked I was told it was done, only to be told 5 minutes later they had my vehicle confused with another. Just poor customer service all the way around, in person and on the phone. I never did receive an explanation about what took so long. Might I also mention I walked around the used car lot for about 20 minutes while I was waiting for a ride home (because they didn't have any courtesy cars) and I wasn't approached by even one salesman although they were sitting right out front in their golf cart. I have only owned Chevy vehicles and the last two came from Stingray. Another Chevy dealer will be getting my business in the future. More
I get my oil changes there. Went in the other day to have them check my tire, that was purchased at another dealership. They took me right in and fixed the problem.
