As have shared already. This was the worst service experience that I have had since going to stingray. The customer service rep at checkout was rude barely spoke to me and did not answer my question experience that I have had since going to stingray. Problem with AC that still has yet to be addressed. Taking it to a real garage. On top of that you rotated my tires, didn’t reset the computer to show which tire was off, and had to take it to a tire place because one tire was 12 pounds low More
The service center is so much faster than the dealership closer to my home. I’m able to drive to Stingray, get service and get back home in half the time it used to take me with the other guys! closer to my home. Came in to get an issue where a warning light insesistwnly came On regarding “Service emergency restraint system”. 3 days after having it “fixed” same problem reaccurring.
