Excellent service! I was driving from St Augustine to Sarasota when my tire blew out on I-4. I pulled off at the next exit. Lo & behold there was a car dealership right off the exit. Waited a week for our company truck. Dropped it off at opening the day of our appointment. Did not receive a phone call the entire first day so I called the next morning. Francisco began describing symptoms and repairs to me that did not match our truck and I informed him that he must be telling me about someone else’s vehicle. No big deal just mentioning it because this Foreshadowed more to come. From here it got smoother I was given a fair estimate for an expected glow plug and I was told that as soon as the tech was done with lunch he was going to wrap up the Repair. At about 3 o’clock I began calling the dealership the receptionist told me Francisco was on the phone and had a line of people in front of him. I said no problem have him call me back. just a few minutes later I get a call from Francisco from a phone number that was not stingray Chevrolet. I asked him if he was at the dealership because the number was different and he said no this is my cell phone I’m not there. Then he told me sorry there was an emergency vehicle that we had to put ahead of yours it won’t be ready until tomorrow. Explain this was not convenient because we had dedicated a delivery to a client using that truck based on the straightforward Information he had given me earlier that morning. I gave two stars because of the complete lack of communication and what appears to be so misleading practices Although in the end the truck was fixed correctly and they had the truck ready to be picked up the very next morning early so we still made our delivery to our customer. I strongly Suggest that he supervisor read this review and digs into what’s going on in their shop. More
