Stingray Chevrolet - Service Center

Went in for minor service and a oil change. Paid for so called service then picked my truck up and the oil light on dash was not reset. So I asked Rick my advisor if it was done. He assured me it was take called service then picked my truck up and the oil light on dash was not reset. So I asked Rick my advisor if it was done. He assured me it was taken care of. I made him aware the sticker wasn’t changed either. So he called the lube guy over. He assures me it has been changed. Fortunately I have worked with idiots my whole life. So I pull the stick and oil is black as can be. I’m am told again that they changed the oil even after they saw the black oil. I had enough so I got under the truck sure enough same old dirty oil filter I came in with. This place is a joke. They said they were going to refund my money but as of today that hasn’t happened yet. More

I was told I needed to change the battery cables but the battery was good . Then I was told the battery was bad ( I had the battery checked before coming and was told the battery was good ) .
