I am very happy with Stingray, and chose to go there over other dealers and independent shops. Prices are good, and they have very quick service. The only thing I was disappointed with this past time was tha other dealers and independent shops. Prices are good, and they have very quick service. The only thing I was disappointed with this past time was that I was charged for a small service that I didn't ask for, and I'm not sure if it was done. But overall, I am happy. Everything went way faster than expected. Staff communicated great- we had a 3 hour drive one way so I wanted to make sure everything was organized before coming. The car was ready for me and was even better than the pictures. The *only* thing I was disappointed about was the undisclosed fees. The dealer fee is listed on the website but didn't include the paperwork fee and tint/brake thing. This was over $500. But we worked it out and were able to get the car we wanted within our budget. As far as the pandemic/covid protocols, there was quite a bit of staff not wearing masks. It was mostly in employee only areas but the staff seemed to match the customers they were working with. I was impressed they took our temperature and had hand sanitizer and masks available as soon as we walked in. Our salesman wore his mask the whole time. I'm 7 months pregnant and have no interest in getting sick so this was appreciated. I was very happy with our overall experience and I LOVE my new car. More
Good service, but very uncomfortable being stuck there for 3+ hours as majority of employees were either not wearing a mask or had mask down below their nose or down around their neck.
