They did not check the breaks as I asked, instead I was told when I push the break pedal down it seemed OK. They never address the other item that ONSTAR sent me on item to get serviced. i had one issue,,nt with service but with your card reader ,,I was all set to purchase a front tag holder even though i feel sure with a brand new vehicle one should have been included;;;???????but yo reader ,,I was all set to purchase a front tag holder even though i feel sure with a brand new vehicle one should have been included;;;???????but your card reader would not let me run my card as credit and i do not put my pin in anywhere,so i still do not have a tag holder for my new car that i purchased at you dealership, other wise service was good..purhaps i will go to another dealership More
I brought my Silverado to get repaired the first week was there they lost my vehicle and they couldn't find it. Then when they finally found it and found out what happened to it. They let me know what was wr there they lost my vehicle and they couldn't find it. Then when they finally found it and found out what happened to it. They let me know what was wrong with it and it took about 2 weeks to get the part in and make the repair then called me out to pick it up. So I took off work early to come pick up the vehicle when I got there the check engine light was still on so the vehicle was not ready and they had to keep it another night. so I had a re sign for a loaner and lost a half a days pay. Then had to wait till the next day until they brought me my vehicle. Also when they brought it to me the low tire air was on and one of my tires were low so they had it the whole time and never put air in the tire also. More
