I love all the vehicles on display & in the sales lot-both new & used! AND the showroom!!! While we were there, they backed in a 1957 Chevrolet Belair convertible! OMG! Flawless! The service rep had a towel in each hand & was inspecting that beauty all over! Very meticulous. PLUS he was very proud of the work he does! If you purchase your vehicle from Stingray Chevrolet I’m sure you are treated like gold. I did not purchase my vehicle from Stingray but was referred there by a friend who said they were great. My vehicle was there for a total of 3 times in 2 months and they could not figure out the issue resulting in over a thousand dollars for repairs that did not fix the issue. Luis in the service department never called to let me know the status of my vehicle or that they couldn’t duplicate the error. I was called on day 9 because I needed to sign new paperwork for my courtesy vehicle and I asked to speak to Luis and then I got a response. The courtesy vehicle is the only nice and convenient thing I would say about Stingray Chevrolet, the ladies working in the rental vehicle department are great. Service department has horrible customer service in my opinion, they need to brush up on their communication skills and let customers know what’s going on even if they cannot figure it out. More

They have had my car a total of 6 week in the last 3 months, and it has to go back. I am not a happy camper at all. It should have been fixed the first time. I've been to a few dealerships in my lifetime but I was really really surprised of the salesmanship was excellent I never quite met the big boss that I dealt with I just dealt with the service gentleman ju really really surprised of the salesmanship was excellent I never quite met the big boss that I dealt with I just dealt with the service gentleman just was fantastic he answered all my questions sold me a great car very very satisfied and I finally got around to getting my complimentary oil changed they sent me a time and a date I went in there everybody was friendly they did what they said they even rotated my tires and the next time I know it's going to cost me to have it done but I'm not taking my car anywhere else other than stingray Chevrolet I'm happy I'm very satisfied the lady that purchased the car before me or the SUV pardon me bought the car there had a service there I have all the records for that so there's no reason in the world I would go anywhere else but to stingray Chevrolet it's been an honor and a pleasure to deal with them and I thank them so much sincerely yours Ervin g Brown More
