I scheduled an oil change a week out and received a confirmation text. I arrived at Stingray Chevrolet and was told they have no oil , I wasted 2 hrs. Of my time . Returned for the second time and Eric Scott was angry with me stating he had to pay for my oil change.. maybe Eric Scott should have called his customers and need pro active on his job. While watching the attendant fill my oil , one hand is on his phone ( watching something) and one had pouring the oil in my 2023 Stingray , not happy, maybe time for a new Chevrolet Dealer. More

I live by ferman chevy in brandon, but drive out of my way to come to stingray because the service is better.
