Professions that are viewed in the same vain are doctors, lawyers, plumbers and of corse, car salesmen. Well, Alan Soon kicks that perception out the window. He never pressured me into buying a car I didn't want. In fact, this whole process took over two weeks because I was unsure of what I wanted to do. Not one time did I feel like Alan, or anyone else on the team, including Trent and Peter, rushed me or pushed me to the side. It was a pleasure buying a car from Stohlman. Alan gave me a tour of the facility and it's very well kempt. I see myself returning to this VW for car needs and maintenance, even though I live in NE, DC and there are VWs closer. Even after I bought my car I received calls and emails from Alan and the team asking if I need anything and thanking me for my business. This was a great experience. And trust me, I HATE make big purchases and having to make monthly payments. So I don't just hand out compliments. Alan and the team at Stohlman earned it. They have a VW new car buyers event that the do on Thursdays. I'm going to make it out to one of them and let them know in person how pleased I am. More

No Complaints I went to Stohlman in order to test drive a BRZ. Chris La Porte went for a ride with me in the 2015 they had on the lot at the time. My intent was to I went to Stohlman in order to test drive a BRZ. Chris La Porte went for a ride with me in the 2015 they had on the lot at the time. My intent was to wait and purchase a 2016 due to a difference in features(mainly backup camera). In the end, Chris was able to work with me on the price of the 2015, so I was able to add a camera with the money saved and got my new car sooner. Chris and Peter both made the test drive, sales, trade-in, and financing a fast and painless process. The dealership also has a new owners clinic and checks in post-sale. Not something I needed on this purchase, but it's nice that they're available. Would definitely do business with them again. More
