I was driving cross country from CA to VA when my engine blew up due to faulty work in an oil change. The CA dealership agreed to buy me out of my lease to walk away from the car. I went to drive a Jetta an blew up due to faulty work in an oil change. The CA dealership agreed to buy me out of my lease to walk away from the car. I went to drive a Jetta and Joel Leimer took amazing care of me. He took excellent time to work through a great deal on a new car, bought me a power cord to keep my cell charged for the drive, and generally made a pretty traumatic experience bearable. I cannot endorse enough. More
