I originally didn't plan on buying so quickly and had a few other cars that I wanted to look at, but I ended up loving the Forester so much that we bought it the same day. Knew what I wanted and they helped provide I had 3 specific requirements for my new vehicle; Had to have 4 doors and sit at least 4 people comfortably, had to be capable of getting up dirt road I had 3 specific requirements for my new vehicle; Had to have 4 doors and sit at least 4 people comfortably, had to be capable of getting up dirt roads to semi-remote camping/climbing, and had to be long enough to fit my 5'11 body lying flat. Eddie Bittar met me at the door of the dealership, listened to my list, and suggested the Outback. He had me test out the Forester as well but thought it might not be able to fit me lying down. Outback was winner. More

Waste of time This was probably on the scale of my worst dealership encounter in Arizona, this falls on the second to last. I went on Superbowl Sunday to get a car. This was probably on the scale of my worst dealership encounter in Arizona, this falls on the second to last. I went on Superbowl Sunday to get a car. I told the sales person my situation. I told him what I found the car for online for. They guy seemed really nice... as they all appear to be. I told him I didn't want to waste anyone's time. I didn't want to do the whole back and forth drawing numbers on a sheet and signing my name to a sheet "IF" we get a deal. I didn't want to deal with all that. They bring out the quote sheet and the price of the car was more than $1000 than what it was listed for online. They literally thought I would not realize that. They started adding all these fees regarding window etching and required costs. Do yourself a favor a favor and skip this dealership and drive up to Auto Nation Subaru. I picked my car, got it detailed, and drove home in less than two hours. There was no price BS. I literally felt like I was at a used car dealership in the middle of nowhere. I will never do business with this sales department. The worst thing is my best friend bought three cars from there and he told me to go there. I went to Auto Nation, they printed me out the invoice sheet with the price and info. No back and forth. I ended up getting a new Subaru, the exact color I wanted out the door for less than a sticker price. I may still try the service center. More

No pressure, good deal, great car! I went to this dealership months ago while on a 'research' trip - I knew I'd be buying a car within 6 months, but wasn't buying right then. I also visited a Toyota dealership on the same day, as I was considering a Rav4 Hybrid. That experience was so miserable I crossed the car off my list (seriously, Toyota, FIVE people coming at me from all corners of the lot as soon as I got out of my car?!) I didn't have any personal experience with Subarus, so I went to the dealership in Chandler to check them out. I met Daniel Strebler, and told him right up front I would not be buying that day. He didn't care - spent about 30-45 mins with me, giving me TONS of information on both the Forester and the Outback, what the differences were, information on the trim lines, etc. Nicest salesman ever! I went back recently, asked for Daniel, had the most relaxed and comfortable car-buying experience of my entire life. Again, no pressure, even in the Finance department. No hours-long back-and-forth haggling. I maybe could have bargained some more, but I'm extremely happy with the deal I got and I LOVE the car. Highly recommend both the dealership as a whole and Daniel as a salesman! I left with a service advisor already assigned to me, my cell phone already synched to the car's bluetooth, and demonstrations on all the major options/features. I have recommended both the car and the dealership to anyone who'll listen. It's THAT different an experience, in the very best of ways. More
