Then out to delivery area for our class with Christine! She went over our car with a fine tooth comb and explained every little button to us. We also appreciated the fact that ALL employees we came in contact offered us water, wanted to make sure we knew about the snacks and offered to answer any questions we had. Immediately when we entered Subaru Superstore we were greeted by Eddie in the sales department. Eddie sat us down and learned more about our needs and upcoming move. After that we were able to test drive the model we were interested in. We didn't purchase until the next day, but Eddie was as enthusiastic on the second day as he was the day before. Biggest things that stand out to me was how patient he was with the entire process. He seemed incredibly relaxed and was a very easy going sales process. The whole dealer was professional and confident in the cars they were selling. Definitely a better experience than I expected. More
