Morgan was a honest salesman who took great care of us, introduced us to all of the other players in the purchase of our new Subaru Outback. Mark came over just to chat and give us more knowledge on cars and financing. We laughed so much with Lynn in Financing, she was so knowledgeable about all the "extras" we could purchase for our car. Then out to delivery area for our class with Christine! She went over our car with a fine tooth comb and explained every little button to us. We also appreciated the fact that ALL employees we came in contact offered us water, wanted to make sure we knew about the snacks and offered to answer any questions we had. We are excited to come to the New Owner class. Last but not least - thank you to the detailers that prepared the car for us! This is a great place to buy a car! More

After that we were able to test drive the model we were interested in. We didn't purchase until the next day, but Eddie was as enthusiastic on the second day as he was the day before. Biggest things that stand out to me was how patient he was with the entire process. He seemed incredibly relaxed and was a very easy going sales process. The whole dealer was professional and confident in the cars they were selling. Definitely a better experience than I expected. More

The original purchase 3 years ago went very smoothly, and I have always been very impressed with the speed and thoroughness of the service department when doing routine maintenance on that car, so we returned to the same dealership to purchase the new one, having verified from their online inventory that there were many vehicles that would fit our requirements. Brian Banks quickly found the car that met our needs, had the appraisal done on our trade-in, and expedited getting the new car ready so it could leave the lot (it had only arrived a few days before). Finance processing went smoothly, and a young man helped set up the electronics before we left (pairing the cell phones with the car, setting up our favorite radio stations, and so on). All in all, a very pleasant experience. More
