My day was great from beginning to end. I was treated as a special customer by Mr Webb, and given his full attention during the whole process, of the new car purchase . After the sale was complete, it was then time to head to the fiance department to finish all of the paperwork and signing of the documents. That is where we met up with Mr Pierre Evans to finish i our paperwork. We found him to be very knowledgeable about his job and very helpful to us in explaining the process to us. So to sum it up why i think you should buy a car from Subaru Superstore in Chandler , Arizona. First They are very honest and fair in their dealings with you, and their word is their bond. We missed that solid, safe feeling and the experience of long lasting, low maintenance vehicles. We are getting up there in years, and have bought many vehicles. We walked in hoping to not get beat up too badly, and walk away with a fairly good deal. Darby walked out and greeted us with a genuine smile and offered his hand to shake. From there, he impressed us with his honest personality, product knowledge and absolutely ZERO pressure experience he gave us. He was patient with us, as we had no idea what we wanted and showed us everything we asked to see and answered every question we had to help us select the best vehicle for us. The best part was, when we found the one question he didn't know(regarding snow chains and the AWD system) rather than make up an answer, he went to service and found out! First time experience was a breeze This was my first time getting a new vehicle on my own. They helped me get my monthly payments down to the goal i went in woth. I not once feel uncomfortable with the process. Morgan and the rest of the staff who helped are there anytime I need them. 2017 forester purchase I have been looking for a Subaru Forester for quite some time. Found it and ordered it It came in and for now my experience has been great. The store has been super and Dave "Griz" has been wonderful to work with. As far as my payment set up I will just have to wait to see how this goes. With Chase some times it's a hit or miss. I am with chase so we'll see. Overall I give the experience a 10 out of 10. More
