There was about a 6-12 week wait for new OB's at the time (all over PHX) but Morgan hooked me up with a new arrival that had yet to be made ready for test drive yet. Once the safety/fluid checks were done we took it out and worked out a price. He then took the car back for window tinting and a few other needed installs like the rear cargo rubber mat and wheel locks. Car was ready ASAP and since the color was luckily what I preferred I did not have to wait months for delivery. Since buying I have been back multiple times for the included 2 years of service + some warranty work (window regulator/motor failure, child door lock latch failure, broken windshield). I've worked with Jason on every visit I think. He has gone out of his way at times (and the tech, Jamie) to help me out and make sure everything is taken care of. Will buy again soon from Subaru Superstore and would recommend Jason and Morgan to anyone looking to buy. More

I could not buy a vehicle -- until! After shopping very diligently for 3+ weeks for a new vehicle (no trade involved), I stopped in to Subaru Superstore of Chandler. The salesman interviewed us and found out what we were both interested. After several hours of showing vehicles to us, he showed us exactly the vehicle that fit our needs. As a result we bought it on the spot. This was the first dealership that explored what we really wanted, and showed us what we wanted -- all others showed us what they had that they wanted to get rid of. We were treated very well by our salesman David Griffin and would recommend him and this dealership to anyone interested in buying a new vehicle. Oh, it was a pleasure to start with one person and stay with that person through completion of the sale -- we did not get the "talk to the manager" pitch which is very common at most all dealerships. For us -- that was the correct way to sell a vehicle. More

He was very courteous and answered all our questions with no pressure at all. I supervise and evaluate employees all over the world. Darby is the real deal. As I went through the process I found that the whole team was very good. When a slight misunderstanding accrued during the paperwork, Rob, the sales manager was quick to honor my understanding of the deal. That is integrity. Came in to get a car. I came into the dealership knowing I was going to get a car regardless. I was referred to Subaru by my boyfriend who has a Crosstrek! We were approached by Ron who asked us what we were looking for and just showed us around the dealership. He never was the typical "pushy sales guy" he took his time with us! He was SO helpful during the entire process. He showed me the Impreza which I knew I wanted right away. My plan was to buy the car, however we worked out a deal to lease it. The whole time Ron just kept asking me "What can I do to make this work?" Well it worked and I left with a new 2017 Impreza with 5 miles on it! Thank you for everything Ron, and the Subaru staff!
