Mr. Rashid, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We apologize your experience with us was not excellent, as we strive to give all of our customers A+ customer service. After looking at our records, it looks like you purchased your vehicle on 9/13 and picked it up on 9/20. As you stated above, neither you nor the sales advisor saw any defects in the windshield prior to you taking delivery of your new car, or else this would have been noted and remedied prior to delivery of the vehicle. Upon looking at our email records, it appears you sent the email expressing your concerns about the windshield on October 7th, 2020. It is very unfortunate you got a crack in your windshield, and if we could control the flying rocks on the roads we most definitely would. However, the glass on all vehicles new or used is not the responsibility of the dealer with the exception of manufacturers defects once customers have taken delivery of the vehicle, which, is not one. My post is on October 7th is irrelevant. I have been trying to contact my sales person Dan Falls since last week and left message with him, also contacted this week and left message. I also contacted Brent Beck and left messages with him, those are the two people I knew. I expected Rob to take a professional step but no use. You are still not getting the point....the chip was there before we purchased the car and it needs to be replaced.
