I inquired about the Subi whilst lounging on my couch at around 9 AM this morning. I contacted the Superstore via a button on the page. I contacted them because another dealer much much closer to my home didn’t have EXACTLY what i wanted and seemed wholly uninterested in helping me obtain it. Weird, I know. I did a quick inventory search and found one at the Superstore. I sent my information to Grizz. What he didn’t know and probably won’t unless he reads this is I was actually sitting at the other dealership negotiating a final deal on exactly optioned Subaru in my 2nd choice color when his offer came in. I sat there and told the dealership to make me their very very best one time offer. They made me an offer $2000 more than what Grizz had sent me. Guy is a total pro and knows exactly what he’s doing, Anyways, I realizes they thought I was a sucker. I told the sales guy, xxxx no, grabbed my keys, walked out, texted Grizz, took that looong 40 minute drive on my way to purchase this brand new 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness, proudly my third now. I will be a repeat customer. ASK FOR GRIZZZ, trust me. Oh, and I was out of there by 1PM. They made a customer for life today. You see how that works when you treat people fair and not like marks to be taken advantage of? More

I took my new Subaru for the first schedule service. I arrived on time and the agent signed my car in and I spent about two hours waiting until it was finished. I bought my first Subaru, a Brat, in the 70's and have been a Subaru owner since. I have always maintained my Subaru at a dealership and never had issues in 50 years. I had just had service and tire rotation prior to leaving on a road trip. During our trip the car started making a womp-womp sound, I thought it was the road surface since I'd never heard this sound in any of my Subaru's. Upon my return I called the dealership for an appointment, figuring, since my tires had just been rotated that I might have a bad tire. Much to my surprise the rear bearings in my 2018 outback with 78,000 miles were bad. Shock of all shocks, I have never had bearing trouble and have lived all over the US and in many different climates, plus I've always driven my Subaru's to 250,000+ miles before replacing. Darien Humbert was amazing, working with Subaru to replace both back bearings at a reasonable cost. He went above and beyond providing the best customer service ever. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. I am, and will always be a loyal Subaru owner and highly recommend this dealership for their exemplary service department. More
