The folks working there all appear to be genuine and straight; my sales person – John Barravecchio – has been helpful and engaging, never stopping until I was happy and satisfied with my experience, and with my vehicle(s). You see, I knew Johnny from before. Two years ago I purchased a 2017 Crosstrek from Subaru Superstore of Chandler. John was my sales person at that time. A recent email from Subaru suggested that I come in and see what I could get for a trade-in on a new car. Well, I did want to new vehicle and Johnny truly went out of his way (unbelievable, actually) to ensure that I was able to purchase the 2019 Crosstrek that I had my eye on. He went to bat for me (he truly wanted me to be able to purchase my vehicle) to see that I received a fair exchange for my 2017 Crosstrek and, in the end, I ended up driving out of the dealership with my Sunshine Orange 2019 Crosstrek with blink spot sensors, lane departure, distance pacing cruise control, and more: a beauty of a machine. When we came to the superstore, we were pleasantly surprised by the salesman’s knowledge of the vehicle and especially towards uses we had in mind (camping, off-roading, combined with daily work commutes). He wasn’t pushy and clearly answered all our questions. Purchasing the vehicle was a non-contentious, friendly experience. I will happily return to this dealership for my next Subaru! More
