We went to Subaru Surprise, and were helped by "Subaru Joe". He took the time to explain about the Outback and view what they had in stock. We told him what options we wanted, and he showed us what we wanted. He explained what other options were available, but he did not pressure us to buy more than we wanted. We decided to lease, and the whole process was quick and simple. We also wanted tinted windows, and they did that while we finished the financing. When the vehicle was ready, everything about it was explained and demonstrated. We enjoyed our visit, and totally recommend Subaru Surprise. When our lease is up, we already plan to get another Outback. More

We traded in our 2010 Forester and received a great trade-in price. The entire experience was very pleasant and very enjoyable. The customer service provide by Shelby, Bryan and Rusty was excellent. We have purchased many cars over the years and when I say this was our best purchasing experience, I am very sincere.
