Initially this was a 1 star review based on an experience I had in the service department. Due to their response, I've amended it to it's current 5 stars. Jerry Wood, the General Sales Manager, experience I had in the service department. Due to their response, I've amended it to it's current 5 stars. Jerry Wood, the General Sales Manager, reached out to me next morning and offered to make things right. After talking for a bit, we set a new appointment to get my car in for service today. Jerry and Daniel, the Service Writer, had a loaner car waiting and had me in and out very quickly with a promise they'd be in touch after talking with the warranty company. I also talked with a gentleman named Mark whose title I forget (my apologies) and he was also very friendly and open in sharing what happened to create the issue in the first place, plus what they're doing to correct it. I wanted to thank all three gentlemen for the quality recovery. More
