We are older adults and have bought a number of cars throughout the years. Our experience of buying our latest car at the Subaru Superstore of Surprise has been truly exceptional. In large part, this is throughout the years. Our experience of buying our latest car at the Subaru Superstore of Surprise has been truly exceptional. In large part, this is because of our salesperson, Dave Castillo. He is highly knowledgeable, professional in all of his interactions, and extremely customer focused. We were stuck in Maine during the Covid-19 situation, but would be returning to AZ when the quarantine was lifted. We checked prices of cars in the New England area and in the Phoenix area, and Dave had the best price point of all. We purchased our car long distance, and Dave ensured all details were accounted for. He called me numerous times, and also returned my calls on his days off When necessary. Dave made all the difference for us. I can’t say enough about his effectiveness, customer focus and integrity. This was a 10/10 experience for sure! More

They took turns taking care of everything for us depending on who was available when we needed anything. They were very accommodating to my budget and wants and were never pushy salesmen that you come to imagine when buying a used car. We were there on a Sunday and were in and out with a new car in under 4 hours, including a long test drive of the vehicle. Todd in finance was also moved quickly and wasn't pushy when we turned down warranties or other add-ons. The dealership as a whole was easy to work with without exorbitant fees or extras added in. We felt that we got a fair price for the vehicle and left feeling great about the whole experience! Thank you, Justen, Jeremy, and Todd! More

Pleasant Experience John listened to what I said I wanted and then showed us a couple of cars meeting my criteria. Had me test drive, which I did and really liked the feel of the cars. Charles also came over and offered to answer any questions we had. But since I was not ready to make a decision, they did not pressure me in any way, which I really appreciated and we left. Came back the next day and John was so pleasant & professional to deal with even though I kept changing my mind on the model and year. Charles also gave me a couple of bottom line quotes for the vehicles so I could compare and which helped in the decision making process. Ultimately I decided on the Forester and after working with Todd on financing, happily drove home in my new car! If you are in the market for a Subaru, I highly recommend this dealership! More

David was great to work with. We came to a price before I arrived onsite and after a test drive we finalized everything quickly and for the previously agreed upon price with no games.
