From the start, the experience was different. Different in the best way possible. We didn't feel pushed and we felt heard. We were deciding between several Subaru dealerships and from something as simple as sending us the address information to easily put in our GPS, to realizing they were inadvertently trying to sell us a SLIGHTLY used car (and then getting us the same car brand new AND having it delievered), to absolutely FIGHTING for the best interest rate for us...the decision became easy. In fact, our experience was so good, my mom is thinking about purchasing her own Crosstrek from them soon! This whole experience really couldn't have gone any better and we are incredibly grateful to Alex and the team - and that includes George who made our paperwork process a breeze!
