Great Service; Great Experience The Subaru Forester I wanted wasn’t available in Tucson where I live, so I contacted the superstore in Surprise. Salesman David Castillo had a Foreste The Subaru Forester I wanted wasn’t available in Tucson where I live, so I contacted the superstore in Surprise. Salesman David Castillo had a Forester with all the bells and whistles I wanted. The price was slightly lower than the model with fewer upgrades that I saw in Tucson. My bank wired the money. The next day a notary came to my home and completed the necessary paperwork in 20 minutes. Two days later my car was delivered to my doorstep on a flatbed truck. I bought a great car without even leaving my house! Icing on the cake was getting David Castillo’s help to learn all the features of the new car. He sent numerous videos explaining the features of the car, and on a trip to Tucson, he actually came to my house to explain the features in person. I can’t recommend the Subaru Super Store of Surprise more highly. Purchasing a car from them was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. More

Best car buying experience I have ever had. I was impressed with this dealership and especially my salesman, Mike Scribner. Mike explained everything about the car without me even having to ask I was impressed with this dealership and especially my salesman, Mike Scribner. Mike explained everything about the car without me even having to ask. I never felt any pressure from him or anyone at this dealership as I have at other dealerships. They went out of their way to find the car and the especially the color that I wanted. Mike has kept up with me by email and tells me to call if I have any questions at all. I would definitely recommend this dealership and if I continue to like my Subaru like I do now and decide to buy another in 4 years, I will return to this dealership. More

Most Organized, professional, stress free experience!!!! After my car was totaled I found a great deal on a Used car at Subaru Superstore of Surprise. The staff was welcoming and well educated on the vehicles they had on the lot. I told them what I was looking for and they found me the perfect car. The general manager Mark Mauer was so pleasant and the staff made the experience stess and pressure free. The building was immaculate and one of the nicest dealerships I'd ever been in. My last car buying experience was terrible. This was like a breath of fresh air. Shelby in Finance had everything ready for me when it was time to sign the paperwork so that I was in and out of there in no time. I would highly recommend this dealership!! 10 out of 10!! More

David Castillo was a big help finding me what I wanted, and making sure it had the options I requested. The financing department was great as well, and we had way too much fun with our finance manager (Shelby) who was not only patient, but had a great sense of humor. And our Delivery Specialist, Brittany, did a wonderful job explaining all the bells and whistles our new Outback came with. We were very pleased with buying our Outback at the Superstore and highly recommend them. More
