Service was excellent, but I felt like I was being gouged on the pricing. The new service center is gorgeous, clean, and stocked full of amenities. We were so disappointed in our service this time. After about an hour the technician came out and told us we had to have new tires due to dry rot he stated it was very dangerous to drive our car. He After about an hour the technician came out and told us we had to have new tires due to dry rot he stated it was very dangerous to drive our car. He stated we might not even make it out of the parking lot. We then brought his attention to the fact they are still under warranty due to low mileage. He then says hold on I need to talk to my supervisor. In about 30 minutes he comes back out and apologizes saying the technician that worked on our car made a mistake and we didn’t need tires at all but would after 1 to 2 more services and the car was perfectly safe. It was obvious that Subaru just didn’t want to honor our warranty and was willing to compromise my family’s safety. We have lost all confidence in your service department . More

What an amazing experience I had at this dealership. I hate buying cars and usually end up feeling taken advantage of, but not at Subaru of Gwinnett! My salesperson was Chad Anderson and from the get go I hate buying cars and usually end up feeling taken advantage of, but not at Subaru of Gwinnett! My salesperson was Chad Anderson and from the get go I was comfortable with him. He is not pushy at all and always replied quickly when I had questions before I chose my actual vehicle. Even the finance person, Susan, was great and everything only took a couple hours! They have earned a life long customer with me. Ask for Chad! More
