Had an appointment for 3:30 one Thursday afternoon, arrived there about 3:15. I was told there was about a hour and a half wait and said that was fine. They showed me around the new waiting area then w arrived there about 3:15. I was told there was about a hour and a half wait and said that was fine. They showed me around the new waiting area then went on their way. 5:00 rolls around & and haven't heard anything so I go and ask what the status of my car was. After a very concerning look and some phone calls I was told that my paperwork had never been submitted. They ended up giving me a loaner and told me they would deliver my car the next day. Well after the inspection the following day they found out I had a oil pan leak and that they would cover the warranty cost for me to get it fixed, which was nice. However, after that conversation I was the one that had to keep reaching out about the status of my car to get updates. On one of those phone calls I was told "why are you so obsessed with your car? Don't you like the loaner?" The problem was I hadn't planned to be without my car for over a week so didn't have my house/work keys or my child's car seat which really throws things off. More
