Everything was great except for the long wait of about 2 hours to get my oil changed and tires rotated. It was explained that they were running late because people didn't arrive on time for their appointme hours to get my oil changed and tires rotated. My Service Representative Richard was outstanding in scheduling my service appointment and cheerfully greeted me in the service drive thru when I had arrived.
