I’ve used the service department twice recently. A frayed horn wire under the hood the week before Christmas & a nail in a tire on Christmas Eve Eve(Dec 23rd). Great teamwork! I was using a different Subaru Dealership for my routine maintenance, but not anymore. The team at Gwinnett Subaru has earned all my future business! The maintenance took longer than I expected as they needed to allow the transmission to properly cool in order to do CVT fluid change. That would have been a good thing to communicate before the appoin needed to allow the transmission to properly cool in order to do CVT fluid change. That would have been a good thing to communicate before the appointment (that I would have to be there much longer than just the amount of time to do the physical maintenance itself). The maintenance was done fine and the CS representative was very nice and communicative regarding the amount of time the service took. I have taken the car to the dealer for service before (bought car there) and service has always been performed properly. More
