I had scheduled an appointment online for 10:00, was greeted at my car by a very pleasant service tech who took my name and returned shortly with my maintenance ticket. I had encountered an additional problem when a rock struck my windshield. The service Tech was able to search out information and help me toward a resolution. Throughout the process of oil/filter change and getting information for a windshield replacement, I was kept fully informed. At the end, the car was cleaned. Service was one time. More
