I have the same complaint after almost every visit to SOG. That complaint is fingerprints all around the door handle. I cannot understand why the service team has such a hard time using the door handle SOG. That complaint is fingerprints all around the door handle. They found the problem and fixed it. They also gave me a car to drive while they were working on mine. They were very kind an courteous. I was told it would be about ten to fifteen mlnutes for them to make sure the car I was given to drive was checked out and my car brought to me. It took over 45 minutes. I went to the person I had been dealing with to see how much longer it would be and he looked at the wall in his area and got the keys to get my car. I feel like I was forgotten about. More
