I love my Subaru. However the service at Subaru of I love my Subaru. However the service at Subaru of Gwinnett makes me want to trade it in for a non-Subaru. Purchased the maintenance plans so can’ I love my Subaru. However the service at Subaru of Gwinnett makes me want to trade it in for a non-Subaru. Purchased the maintenance plans so can’t go to a non dealership without throwing money away. But they have NEVER not once been able to deliver on their estimated time. “It’ll be an hour” 80 minutes later I’m still sitting there not getting called while other people who came in after me are getting called. Finally at 90 minutes I’m waiting outside they bring me my car “oh they didn’t vacuum it do you want to wait?” No I don’t want to wait another God knows how long to get vacuumed when you’re already half an hour late on delivering the services in the first place. Every time. I told them last time “how about you tell the customer later than you anticipate so that when it’s earlier the customer is pleasantly surprised.” Nope More

This is the second car I've purchased from Adam at Subaru of Gwinnett. My first was a Honda Civic that is at 328,000 miles and still going. The financing was super fast and super easy and beat the deal offered by my credit union. I can't say enough great things about Adam and Craig and Subaru of Gwinnett. They have definitely earned my business for any vehicle I need. More

As a first time Subaru owner, it was important to me to find knowledgeable folks who care about safety & service. I called the service department in the morning, made an appointment for full service and Ju find knowledgeable folks who care about safety & service. I called the service department in the morning, made an appointment for full service and Juan went out of his way to help me understand all of the work needed for the vehicle and ensured I was taken care of during the process. Even though it took a little longer than I thought it would, they provided me with a loaner car and I was still able to pick up my vehicle the same day! I will definitely return here when I am in the area and need service again. Highly recommend! More
