He really listened to what I was looking for in a Subaru in terms of price, value, and features. He provided great options without trying to push me towards something that I didn't want or need. This experience was followed up by a similar in-person experience with Jody Vaughn. He walked us through options and differences between cars - used and new - until we found the Subaru for us. Was greeted right away by my service advisor ,was given option to sit outside or in one of the waiting rooms. Everybody was very nice and professional.
