We called him had a pleasant conversation and h Here's the story. My niece had a fairly close friend who worked for a competing Subaru dealership. We called him had a pleasant conversation and he mailed us a couple of quotes for both the outback and the Forester. We initially felt the quote was fair and went to Gwinnett just to do a test drive since neither my wife or I had ever driven a Subaru. Not only did we both really enjoy the test drive, but working with Adam made the decision a lot easier. His knowledge of the engineering was a real plus. Obviously he approached this more as a conversation then a hard sell. In addition to his ability to communicate clearly he was able to beat our "friends" offer. That was it. overall we were very satisfied with every aspect of the process. Oh yeah we bought the car. Thanks you made it easy. More
