My wife handled this service appointment. We were concerned that we’d feel unsafe because of our age and the virus. The repairs took several days but our service representative kept us informed all a concerned that we’d feel unsafe because of our age and the virus. The repairs took several days but our service representative kept us informed all along the way. He wore a mask at drop off, social distanced, and did not require a signature from my wife. When work was completed he took our credit info over the phone and because of the time delay had our car delivered to our home, a 20 mile trip! Of course the car was washed for us as well. Very pleased that they could do what we asked as well as 2 other repairs we didn’t know we needed, all under warranty! More
