Smooth I had researched the new Assent online and new that I wanted this new model as it had the safety features I needed! The salesman showed us the model I had researched the new Assent online and new that I wanted this new model as it had the safety features I needed! The salesman showed us the model on the floor and then took us for a drive and explained everything. Then he had me drive it and we were impressed! We came back to the showroom and signed the papers to order one with my specifications! We picked it up a couple weeks later! He gave me a Forrester to drive during the waiting period! No Charge!! I have had 18+ vehicles in my lifetime, and this was by far the easiest, most pain-free sales experience ever. Robert was amazing to work with, and he was extremely knowledgeable about Subaru, in general, as well every aspect of the vehicles in stock. On the test-drive, he explained the features and the differences in trim packages in detail. I went in knowing I wanted one of two vehicles and the terms I would agree to, and I drove off with exactly what I was looking for. There was never a feeling of pressure or dread, and the entire process was very quick. I also felt that I got a very fair price for my trade-in. In addition, Lance was the finance agent who handled the paperwork. He was professional, but approachable. He listened to questions I had, then outlined options for different service and maintenance plans that I could add, and he did so without the pressure and condescension that I've felt in other car buying experiences. Afterward, he explained everything I was signing, gave me an opportunity to review it, and made sure I understood what it was before he moved on to the next document. I have never had a car-buying experience go this smoothly. I am new to Subaru vehicles, and I am loving it, so far.
