Purchase of New Crosstrek Hands down best purchase of vehicle (10th one). Was considering a Mazda CX-3 and had a cash deal. Had been texting with salespeople at both dealerships for two previous months. When it came time, asked for price out the door via text. Although very busy, Robert Hynson (awesome!) texted me back immediately to let me know he would get back to me - and did within the hour. And gave me exactly what I asked for (with money off MSRP, trade in, Costco membership). Mazda, on the other hand, did not respond to my text for 5 hours because of "manager". When they did respond, did not give me price out the door and only quoted MSRP. When asked to reconsider, said that the "manager" would need to meet with me. Scheduled my appointment with Subaru to put the money down which took a total of 30 minutes. On the day to pick up, absolutely awesome experience and spent maybe an hour in the showroom but mainly signing papers and getting an overview of the vehicle. Almost all of the transaction was done via text and the salesperson was phenomenal. I have already told a dozen friends about this experience. Well done, Subaru of Gwinnett! More

Another great service experience Issa was great with giving me an accurate time table for my service, it was done in a timely fashion and the price was as expected. Subaru cars are the best! Subaru of Gwinnett has been great in both sales and service. We already bought a new Outback that my husband drives several years ago...and I liked the safety features, gas mileage, convenient upkeep, lack of problem with car, and large windows in back. It was time for a new car for me...looked at Honda CRV which I really like...but it had small back windows and backup camera had no warning signal if a person or car came up behind while backing up. The sales person at Subaru of Gwinnett provided me specific, helpful information about the Forester Limited on the phone...and we went to the showroom...35 miles from home. Well worth it!!! Salesperson, Robert Henson was very patient and helpful as I considered the options. Long wait for a 2019...but had a beautiful 2017 with very low mileage, color and finishes I'd wanted...and added a couple of thingsI wanted in deal. Love my Subaru certified Forester...a pleasure to drive. Thank you!! More

Oil change & tire rotation The good folks at Subaru of Gwinnett have been a pleasure to do business with. I purchased my Subaru Outback in October. Sara was my sales consultant The good folks at Subaru of Gwinnett have been a pleasure to do business with. I purchased my Subaru Outback in October. Sara was my sales consultant and was very accommodating and courteous. I took my Subaru Outback in for an oil change and tire rotation a couple of days ago. This first oil change was complimentary which I appreciate of course. Kyle the service advisor was very courteous and knowledgeable. I do wish however, that Subaru of Gwinnett would offer an oil change package deal such as purchasing four oil changes & tire rotations and getting the fifth oil change and tire rotation free. Other dealerships in the Gwinnett area do offer a similar deal. Overall, five stars and recommend! More
