It took about 1hr45min to do oil change, tire rotation, multipoint check which is 30 minutes more than told. They were quick to take my car back for the 6 month check up. Normally, it takes them over 2 hours to do this which to me is lengthy. This time, I scheduled a 3:00 appt instead of a morning appt so that migh up. Normally, it takes them over 2 hours to do this which to me is lengthy. I scheduled my appointment to get 4 new tires and front end alignment over 2 week prior to 8-10-2023. I was assured that the tires would be ordered and ready for my appointment. Upon arrival I was told that the tires had not been ordered and the person that I made the initial appointment with, Frank was no longer in that department. I was told I could get the next higher priced tires which cost me a 100.00 more. Being a senior citizen on a fixed income means that I need to stay on a budget! I asked about being given the price of the tires that were supposed to have been ordered and was quickly told "no". This was the dealership's mistake and I am the one who paid for the mistake! More

Finally, Mr. Anderson told me I needed extra repairs. I questioned and he realized that he had the wrong customer's information. Still had a long wait after that one contact. He tried to make amends, but I was disappointed that the customer service was not what it had been in the past....even in the brand new facility. More
