Just purchased my Crosstrek as a certified used car I have had the car less than a month and I took it in because I didn’t have records of the 36k service being done. The day before my appointment, I started hearing a noise in my car, so I decided to call ahead and see if I could drop off my car a day earlier, which the dealer said yes to. When I arrived, the dealer made it clear that the car wouldn’t be seen until the following week. At no point, I was offered a loaner vehicle. I agreed to a diagnostic, paid for it, but I wasn’t told what repairs the car required. This experience has truly made never want to own a Subaru ever again. More

The Subaru OVP program was a disappointment though, but that was NOT the dealership's fault, Subaru OVP did not cover what was pled expectations !!! Nice place and nice people. 1 hr service appt took 3 hrs. Wasn't greeted up on arrival for 10 minutes, after I got out of my car and greeted the person and the station in the se 1 hr service appt took 3 hrs. Wasn't greeted up on arrival for 10 minutes, after I got out of my car and greeted the person and the station in the service stall. He was like "can I help you?" I said yes, and was surprised no one had acknowledged my on-time arrival for my 10:40 AM appt - I just said I thought it odd and I wasn't use to service like that - he said, "yeah, its odd" in an agreeing and apathetic tone. Tuan was super nice, friendly and helpful. So was Micheal who I had to discuss a manufacture's warranty need - which he agreed and approved. If the Dealership can snap-up the arrival greeting and get service done in a more timely manner, it will be a 5-star experience. More
