They are not pushy on sales which I liked. I had plenty of time to consider options they provided me. Attentive and timely in communications. I had plenty of time to consider options they provided me. Attentive and timely in communications. More
A1 service as always. They let me know of any arising issues I may have with my car and offer me quotes to handle them when the time comes. They let me know of any arising issues I may have with my car and offer me quotes to handle them when the time comes. More

We returned to the dealership and was told we needed a set of tires. We have properly maintained rotation and inflation. I asked why we were not initially told we needed tires when we came the first time and was told that happens sometimes. I asked for a quote for a new set of tires and the expected tread life, I was only given a price. When I again asked for the tread life, I was told they did not have that information. I declined to approve the new tires and was emphatically told the tires needed to be replaced immediately. I then asked why we were not told the tires needed to be immediately replaced when the plug was done, and was told it really wasn’t urgent. I then said my wife would come pick up the car, as she was only one mile away. When she arrived, she was told they had lost our paperwork, and she would need to wait. For the next 20 minutes she leaned on our car while waiting for her keys. I will be a Subaru driver for the rest of my life. I am willing to pay the dealership’s premium price, as long as I can expect premium service. Two days later I bought a new set of 80k tread life Michelin tires at a local tire shop, with lifetime road hazard warranty, as opposed to the 2 year limited warranty offered by the dealership. More
