I started my career in the automotive industry in 2001 and have been part of the Subaru of Gwinnett family for the past eight years. I’m originally from Georgia and love spending time with my wife, our son, two daughters, and our dog, Chloe, who’s very much part of the family. A fun fact about me: I’m a big sports fan — especially when it comes to football! What I love most about Subaru of Gwinnett is the people. Absolutely amazing, from start to finish. First off, I've known Jody for maybe 5 years. I met him while being helped by another salesman. Jody simply asked if I was OK. June 1 2026. I showed up and spotted Jody immediately. I told him I was interested in either the Caddy or CRV. Knowing I'm a Sube kind of guy, he said, Forester or Crosstrek? I said "yes". Lol He showed up a few minutes later w a blue forester. I looked at him and said, Say what??? I think I started crying. He said "let's go". Upon arriving back at the dealer after the test drive, another person asked if I was OK, I'm just HIGHLY caffeinated.... And shocked. Within an hour I was in the finance office doing paperwork. Jody surprised me in more ways than several. I drove home in a '26 Daybreak blue Forester that has 7k miles on it. Thrilled to death!!! Thank you Jody and all who were involved. I did ask also that the front window tint be removed. The only odd thing done. I hate front windows having a tint. More

Sales and finance were great…the car turned out to be mid. A week after I bought my certified pre owned 2025 forester both the MPG tracker broke and the automatic lift gate became unreliable. I purchased an Outback from Lance in 2012 (still have it). It was a good experience so I contacted him and discovered he was now the Manager of New Car Sales. The fact that he is still at Subaru of Gwinn it). It was a good experience so I contacted him and discovered he was now the Manager of New Car Sales. The fact that he is still at Subaru of Gwinnett 14 years later sends a positive message about the stability and morale of the dealership. He referred me to Mathew who helped me find an Outback equipped the way I wanted and gave me a fair price with out a lot of unnecessary negotiations. Mathew was very professional, pleasant, and patient (couple in our late 70s) with us. Overall it was as pleasant an experience as possible, shopping for a new car. More
