I recently had my car, a 2019 Subaru WRX, serviced on Saturday September 23rd for its routine oil change along with other services recommended by the service department at the Subaru of Gwinnett dealersh Saturday September 23rd for its routine oil change along with other services recommended by the service department at the Subaru of Gwinnett dealership location. Now first, I was there for at least 3 hours waiting until they finally finished, and ready to go. It was commented by the technician and advisor that my car is well maintained and in great condition, which I would hope so since I take my car for routine maintenance regularly to this dealership. I drive it Sunday with no issues. Monday morning September 25th on my way to work, I turned the air on and not even 5 minutes into my drive, all these warning lights lit up my dashboard. Thankfully I made it to work and after leaving my shift early to fix this problem and prevent any damages, I headed toward the dealership to check it out and see what was the issue. A lot seemed odd to me considering I've had the car for 4 years now with no issues, maintained regularly, and the vehicle in great shape then all of a sudden after service these problems came up. I show the warning lights to the service area techs and they have me wait while they check it out. After an hour of waiting, the technicians tell me with no definitive answer why the lights are on. They do tell me they tried to reset the lights but couldn't after multiple failed attempts. From here they tell me I could take the car as is or leave the car and charge me for a diagnostic. A $250 charge. Considering the recent service of the vehicle I'm not paying to run a diagnostic when there was no problem to begin with and the problems started a few miles after the service on Saturday. In the 4 years I've had my car that is in great condition, how did these problems seem to come up after my service visit? Doesn't seem right to me or fair that I would be charged for a diagnostic. Now I've asked to speak to someone else there and they ignored me and sent me away with no other solutions or aid. I missed work and have potentially ruined my vehicle to the dealership I trusted with my car. I'm very furious and disappointed at the customer service that happened to me . I hope to hear from someone soon. More
6 hours to do 90k mileage. I called for an update and my advisor was on break and was told he would call me back. He never did so I called back 1.5 hours later and asked if the I called for an update and my advisor was on break and was told he would call me back. He never did so I called back 1.5 hours later and asked if the maintenance and brakes were completed and he said no he was waiting for me to confirm if they could do the brakes. He never emailed or called me so it was sitting there. They also put a lug nut back incorrectly (wasn’t on tread) so when I took off the lug nut, it broke the screw. Was my 2nd time there and 2nd time that the work was unsatisfactory. More
