I had a bad experience making an appointment where they didn't get the service I need done and just gave me an oil change. While they didn't charge me for the mistake, I still had to take some time off of didn't get the service I need done and just gave me an oil change. While they didn't charge me for the mistake, I still had to take some time off of work and reschedule. I also didn't like how for diagnostic fee it wasn't deducted from the repair fee when I came back to the dealership to get it fixed. I think that is uncommon and not great. However, most of the people I interacted in person are nice, helpful and friendly. More

I had explained that I was leaving the dealership to drive to Michigan. I was assured that service would be prompt. I was instructed that I would receive a text upon completion, kept checking and gett drive to Michigan. I was assured that service would be prompt. Finally got tired off waiting and went to the front where I saw my car. The work had been completed for some time. The person that I had signed in with, was sitting at her desk joking and laughing with other representatives. When I asked about my car, and pointed to it. She shrugged and said, "my bad." Very nice facility, courteous staff, quick check-in process. Service completed but apparently technician neglected to fully seat a wheel sensor which caused several warning lights to appear on dash whe process. Service completed but apparently technician neglected to fully seat a wheel sensor which caused several warning lights to appear on dash when car was returned to me. Had to return to dealership to report this and spent additional 30+ minutes waiting for tech to remedy situation. Techs should ensure all is functioning properly before handing car back to service rep, who should also check everything is working right before handing car back to customer. More
