I had initially scheduled with Stivers Subaru where I purchased my Impreza, however Rowe Hicks (service advisor) cancelled my appointment with no reasoning and dodged my calls from that point forward. Af purchased my Impreza, however Rowe Hicks (service advisor) cancelled my appointment with no reasoning and dodged my calls from that point forward. After trying to reach him for a full day I decided to schedule with Subaru of Gwinnett. My appointment went smoothly and I didn’t notice any problems other than a slight tick that went away shortly after the oil change. Jeff was very kind and applauded me for coming in early rather than later. The customer service and quality of work was worlds better than any time I’ve worked with Stivers Subaru. I’d highly recommend Subaru of Gwinnett for your service and purchase needs. More
