Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. Best Car Buying Experience !!! This is the first time I bought a Subaru and it was a very different (in a good way) experience than the other dealership in town. No games and no up- This is the first time I bought a Subaru and it was a very different (in a good way) experience than the other dealership in town. No games and no up-sell pressure. This was the most stress free car buying experience that I ever had. Juan welcomed us like family, and was always honest and upfront in giving us the best price for our Ascent. We had to wait for a delivery as the color we wanted was not in stock and Juan kept us up to date until the car has arrived. At delivery, he made sure the car was ready and answered all our questions. He made sure we were happy driving it out the lot. It was definitely an awesome experience. Shout out to AJ in financing as he is also very professional and exceptional. Erin Jacobs was also very pleasant to work with. She answered our questions when Juan was not available. More

Great customer service! I brought my 2002 Subaru WRX in for an oil change without an appt. Dan greeted me, I told him what I needed he said no problem. I said joking "And you I brought my 2002 Subaru WRX in for an oil change without an appt. Dan greeted me, I told him what I needed he said no problem. I said joking "And you can give it a bath" As I waited for my car they had cold drinks and snacks at no charge in the waiting area. When my car was done I went to pay and saw my car had been detailed! What a surprise! It looked great! Thank you to Dan, Gabe and Mike M. for a job well done. Well worth the drive from St. Augustine.
