Every single time we have been treated courteously, given a comfortable place to wait and received excellent service. One time required a full day because of both a complete tuneup and warranty recall repair and we were given a loaner vehicle to take overnight, as we live in St. Augustine, which is a 45 minute drive from them. Another time, because or repair was going to take about 2 hours, they gave us a loaner car so we could go to breakfast and get a little shopping in rather than wait at the dealership. A couple of days ago, we noticed a low tire pressure light on our dashboard as we drove north to a doctors appointment. We called from the car, and were told to come right in to an express lane, no appointment needed. We actually went into the wrong lane by accident, but were told not to worry, and a nice man named Sterling Chandler helped us on the spot by checking the tire pressure and filling all the tires to required levels and using the computer to turn the warning light off. A small thing, but it meant a lot to us, particularly because you can’t turn those warning lights off. All done with a smile. Mr. Chandler seems to us to be the kind of employee we would all want to do business with. More

The car buying process can be a real hard time and this was not I would highly recommend SUbaru of Jacksonville if your buying a Subaru. Above and Beyond Service I took my Gray.Series edition 2019 STI into SOJ because I saw condensation in the rear driver side tail light (white/reverse light portion). Steven W I took my Gray.Series edition 2019 STI into SOJ because I saw condensation in the rear driver side tail light (white/reverse light portion). Steven Wall did a visual inspection, and with the blessing of "Russell", the Service Inspection manager, Steven was able to order me a replacement tail light on the spot. ON THE SPOT! Amazing. I can't ask for better service than what SOJ has proven so far. As long as they continue to treat me with the dignity and respect, as I was shown today, I will continue to make SOJ my dealership of choice. More
