However, we weren't sure when we were going to purchase one and decided to just stop by the dealership to check out the on lot inventory. It just so happened that the exact model and color we wanted was there and after talking to Sean Lee about the vehicle and financing choices, we took some time to think it over and came back the next day to test drive which led to a purchase. Sean was extremely helpful and informative in the process. He was not pushy about anything at all and let us come to our own decisions about things, which my husband and I totally appreciated. When it came time to sign the paperwork, AJ made it seem incredibly fast and easy even though it was late in the day. I will not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Subaru. The entire experience was better than other car buying experiences we have had thanks to the friendliness and care of everyone there. More

After a lot of research SUMMARY: knowledgeable, no-pressure salesman (Mark Minter) in a well-regarded dealership with consumer-friendly prices! After a lot of research on the Internet and by word-of-mouth, I approached Subaru of Jacksonville looking for a specific new car. The reputation of Subaru of Jacksonville was the best of the many Subaru dealerships available to me. To be fair, many of the dealer reputations seemed to be more based upon used car sales and service departments rather than new car sales, but I figured that the dealer with the best reputation for trustworthiness would be the correct one for me. When I made my appointment at Subaru of Jacksonville, I was referred to Mark Minter. He was one of many SoJ salesmen who had been complimented by previous customers on social media. He acknowledged my specific requests and took me for a test drive in the car closest to what I wanted. Unfortunately, the specific model I wanted was not available at the dealer. Since I very much wanted that model, we couldn’t make a deal. But as I was leaving, he recommended that I try several competitors’ models. “They’re good, but you’ll probably find the Subaru is better,” he said as I left the dealership. This was true. However, when I went back to see Mark, we could not find even one of the model I wanted in Florida or nearby Georgia. Since I was about to begin an extensive trip, Mark advised me that the model I wanted was plentiful up north. ”We’ll catch you in a few years when you upgrade,” he said with a smile. Up north in the New York area there were many Subaru dealers with dozens of my desired model. But nobody on Long Island or within 100 miles honored the USAA buying program, and the prices they were asking were well above what Mark had mentioned. Through a fluke in the USAA buying program, Subaru of Jacksonville was notified of my search. Mark then emailed me to see what had gone wrong. He then did some research and came back to me with a price that was way below the prices in New York if I ordered the car. That’s what we did and the car arrived at Jax exactly as I’d ordered even before I got home. It brings back the fun of driving and I am recommending it, the Subaru of Jacksonville dealership and specifically Mark Minter to anyone who inquires about the car or the car-buying process. More

Sean Lee was very low-key when I first came in, no pressure at all. The MSRP sticker on the car included the destination fee. Not everyone does that. Everything was upfront, and I felt he was working with me instead of against me. I didn’t get passed on to anyone else until it was time to actually buy the car. Mike was pleasant and professional. I felt that I was treated with respect, which is often not the case, especially for single women buyers. They got me out quickly and explained any unexpected delays. Highly recommend. More

Great Purchase Experience We met Mark on a Sunday afternoon 2 years ago. We thought we were interested in a Subaru but we were not close to being ready to buy. We contacted Mark after we were ready, We live in Ocala. We were on a Camping trip and did everything over the phone. We went to Jacksonville on Sunday afternoon to pick up the new Car Excellent Experience, unbelievable Car, could not be happier. We will even go back for our Routine Maintenance.
