I purchased a 2016 Subaru Outback in 2016 and didn't understand why I never considered owning a Subaru sooner. Most recently, I dropped off my Outback to get some routine service with Steven Wall. The service representatives are always honest and friendly. Steven made sure all my service concerns were addressed, put me in a loaner car, and my car was ready to be picked up within a reasonable amount of time. I've never experienced that level of service and I have owned other new cars from larger dealerships (Honda, Toyota, Lexus). More

Jerry Johnson reached out to me and made my experience fabulous. He was readying the car as I drove into their sales lot. With no high sales pressure, he met, and exceeded, all of my expectations. After the test drive, Jerry explained the dashboard panel to me in detail giving me instructions on all the gadgets, and there were many. The entire process was a seamless non-stressful transaction. Mike McCormack in Finance was also very helpful while finalizing the deal. I arrived for my appointment promptly at 11:00am and left the dealership with keys in hand around 3:00pm and the best deal ever on my 2016 low mileage certified pre-owned Forester. Thank you, Jerry. All of my cars up until now have been cash for title, Olds, Acura's, Audi's, I have never had any regrets. A new job requiring me to travel a lot prompted me to reassess my car buying principles. I simply could not put 1000 miles a week on an Audi already having 150k miles, even though it runs great. I found myself at Subaru of Jacksonville looking at small passenger cargo vehicles and here I was greeted by Sabino. After some test driving and finance checking I chose the 2017 Impreza. The service at Subaru of Jacksonville is just phenomenal. More

Positive, Professional and Painless! What started out as "entertainment" while waiting for my car to be serviced, I visited the new car area. A week later, I am driving one! Juan very patiently assisted me in finding THE right replacement for Pearl - my beloved 2012 Outback. My only reason for trading, besides the fabulous deal SOJAX gave me (Subaru's really do hold their value), was to upgrade to all the new safety features. From the test drive to the "oh I've decided on a different color", Juan was very understanding and didn't bat an eye when I declined to take the car he had prepped and ready for me to drive away in last Saturday. Allowed me and my husband all the time we wanted, needed, to select the right color for us. Saw that it was on order and tagged it ours when it would come in. Later that afternoon Juan called to say that the car had arrived ahead of schedule and we agreed on Monday afternoon to take delivery, for sure this time. Juan took an extra amount of time going over all of the many features the new 2018 Outback has and it's a lot! He has offered and I will take him up on it an additional tutorial session. As has been my experience through the years, Subaru of Jacksonville is truly customer service oriented. From the service department to the finance department - thank you AJ Miller for the hug instead of hand shake after our time together - just good people. This is now our 6th Subaru.
