Great Service! David was a great salesman. We couldn't have been more fortunate to do business with him and the people at the dealership! Mike at the Finance Departm David was a great salesman. We couldn't have been more fortunate to do business with him and the people at the dealership! Mike at the Finance Department was extremely patient and understanding even though we ended up needing a re-print of the terms. We ended up staying past 5pm on a Sunday (also Mike's birthday) and he was very helpful and thorough with all of the paperwork. Keep it up SOJAX! More

Our best New Car purchase ever! Maybe it was our sales person, John Pitts, or the fact that the dealership seemed more personal but we really enjoyed our time there. We knew we wanted to buy a new car and we knew we wanted to compare vehicles. John just seemed like he enjoyed presenting us with choices and facts about the vehicles. We never felt pressured. We chose the Subaru we wanted, even got a price and then told John thanks but we weren't done comparing makes yet. John smiled, gave us his card and said no problem the car will sell itself and he was right. After comparing several other makes and models we called John to let him know what we decided. We feel the Outback is the best 5 passenger SUV. The all wheel drive is the best out there, check out Youtube, the value is there and Subaru of Jacksonville Rocks! We recommend Subaru of Jacksonville to all our friends now which is something we have never done. More
