I usually work on weekends so it was great that they were open on Sunday. Although this is my first time purchasing an vehicle I have helped multiple family members with car buying, needless to say I typically have a natural aversion towards car dealers. However Jack Tashjian was a pleasure to work with. Not only did he not try to convince me to get the high priced vehicles he was very knowledgeable about the specs and history of Subaru's. He took me out for a test drive with for the Impreza and I was hooked. All the features I wanted, decent price, and excellent warranty's. I wasn't ready to make a purchase then but what made him stand out was the fact that per my wishes he didn't call me every other day about offers, checking on my decision or any of the other unpleasant events that follow going to a car dealership. Once I was ready to take my wife on a test drive she fell in love with the Impreza as well. Once we started talking about price and trade in values I was surprised how well everything went. We were so pleased with the vehicle as well as Jack's service that we upgraded to the Premium model. And we couldn't of been happier with our experience. When it came time to see Anita Clarkson for financing I was already worn out from the excitement and stress of buying a new car, but Anita's cheery personality and energy quickly brought me back. She was so pleasant to work with and very clear on all the paperwork so I never felt lost or disoriented. The smile on our faces hasn't left yet. We would highly recommend setting an appointment with Jack if you are buying a new or used vehicle because not only is he fair with negotiating but doesn't use pressure tactics like other dealers I've worked with. Perfect car purchasing experience I first just stopped by the dealership to take a look at the vehicles in person that I was debating between from online research. Mark was very friendly and helpful in giving me a description and his thoughts of each of the vehicles. He also did not pressure me when I told him I was just looking that day and not ready to purchase at that point. I received a follow email and phone call from the online sales team just to check on me and see if I needed any further information or wanted to schedule a test drive. When I was ready to make a decision, I stopped by the dealership but my kids had fallen asleep in the car. Mark was busy with another client, however Steven came out to see how he could assist me. When I told him what I was debating between and was ready to make a desicion but noticed I had my kids in the back sleeping, he offered to bring me the credit application and waited for me to finish it in my car to help expedite the process for my visit the next day. Everyone at the Subaru of Jacksonville dealership is extremely friendly and professional. Every person was willing to help in any way they could if they were not with another client. Anita in financing was so quick in getting everything together, along with being extremely helpful and friendly as well. I am so glad I made the decision to purchase my new car from this delaership. I see now why they have received the Top Dealership of Jacksonville Award for the last 3 years. ZERO Pressure to buy the car or the upgrades. Walked into the dealership and was met by Juan. Juan didn't attempt to side step the issue or steer me into a different model. He explained things the best he could and let me take my time researching Consumer Reports while I verified the car. Furthermore, I phoned a close friend who had issues with his recent Subaru purchase so he could verify that the car I was looking at didn't have the same bugs. Not only did Juan welcome him, he took the time to learn from him. The end result was my friends issue was corrected by Juan and I purchased a new car to replace a BMW without downgrading in features and luxury. In the past, I have purchased a new Audi and BMW; the service at Subaru of Jacksonville far exceeded my experience at both luxury dealerships. More

It was a Saturday, but Mark Minter answered our questions, showed us the differences between the models, and did not pressure us to make a purchase. When we were ready to purchase two months later, we went right back to Mark. The transaction was handled smoothly, and Mark communicated clearly with us throughout the process. When we had questions, he provided clear answers, and he made the most of our time by having the two vehicles that we were considering ready for our inspection. The test drive was thorough and informative, and Mark was knowledgeable about the product. There was no pressure to purchase optional products, but Mark let us know what was available. Bruce Holmes in the fiance department was efficient and helpful, and he helped us to get on our way with our new Subaru. This was a great experience for our first Subaru. More
