So we flew in from Miami on Valentine's Day and Jerry and his lovely wife picked us up at the airport, we had a wonderful breakfast and then to see our new Subi, the Forester! No hassles, no back and forth, it was just very simple. Jerry was available to answer all of our questions before the sale, he understood exactly what we wanted, and we bought the car we dreamed of. What an awesome employee. Once we were there, Anita helped my hubby complete the financial paperwork, also very helpful. This was my first vehicle to research , test , and be picky about EVERYTHING I wanted from an i had a WONDERFUL experience at Subaru of Jacksonville! This was my first vehicle to research , test , and be picky about EVERYTHING I wanted from an SUV. My sales rep Brent Andrus focused in on the aspects I was most concerned about ( eco friendly/mileage, AWD, cost friendly) and gave me many options that fit my requests. As I took my time to research , debate, analyze, and try to talk myself out of the obvious best choice (a Subaru), he was very patient with me , not pushy or demanding, and very considerate of my need to break things down to the smallest detail. Ultimately, after 2 weeks of going back and forth, I went back to see Brent and purchase my dream adventure truck, the 2016 Forester premium. All parties involved to get the financing, paperwork, insurance etc were pleasant to work with. It was just an ideal situation for my first big purchase and I couldn't have asked for a better sales rep and dealership to work with. More

He took his mother to the Subaru dealership on Atlantic Bld. where he bought his first Subaru in 2014. She test drove an 2016 Outback-----and she loved it! They came by home and were all excited about it. So we went back to the dealership and met Brandon Tamayo who took us through all things about the Outback. We did the paperwork, financing and all. Then Brandon sat us down in the Outback with the book and went over everything about it. He really knows Subarus. He was very professional and at the same time very personable. Our next vehicle will be a Subaru! More
