No pressure ever, and the experience of taking delivery was so much more pleasant than I've had at other local dealers. I wasn't pressured to buy additional warranties or features. Very nice, professional, informative and knowledgeable people to work with. Never once did we feel pressured. This was our first Subaru purchase ever. My husband and I could not have asked for better people to work with. They are truly here to help you find the car you want at a fair price. The people who work here have been with this dealership for many years and it's more of a family feel so they look out for each other. We worked with Bruce Holmes who let us look at several models we were interested in. Once we narrowed it down, he allowed us to test drive each car. He took time to explain the differences in each model as we drove. Afterwards, he answered all of our questions and even though we were only in the very early stages, he didn't try to pressure us into buying on the spot. He suggested a few of his favorite websites we could get more information on the car to help with our decision. He took down some information, gave us his business card and said he would be in touch if he didn't hear us. Fast forward a week, after doing some additional research on our own were ready to make an offer on a 2016 Outback that was on route to Jacksonville. My husband exchanged a couple of emails with Bruce to get to a price both parties could agree on. Again, no pressure approach. Their goal was to make sure both sides were happy. We finalized the price (all done through email) while Bruce was away unexpectedly with Daniel Kane. We came in and met with Juan Hernandez who was helping Bruce while he was out. He was just as nice as Bruce and as we were going through what was agreed upon through email, he was diligent in getting things confirmed to get the initial paperwork written up. We just picked up our car yesterday. When we arrived, the staff was just finishing up a complete detail on the car. Any extras were already added. Bruce helped get everything situated so the final paperwork could be completed. He told us some of the features that were new to the car and got us set up as needed. We finally met Phil Porter Jr. to finalize the paperwork. Everything was ready to go and it was that quick to get everything signed. We remarked again to Phil how painless this entire process has been from beginning to end. He stressed that is what they strive to do, "Make this a painless but enjoyable experience." That it was for sure! Even if you are not necessarily in the market for a Subaru, this dealership is worth a visit to see if one of their cars might fit your need because they are just a pleasure to work with. Amazing and lots of fun! I went in that morning with my mother in law to look at Subaru's and the red dragon caught my eye. We left so she could think things over in regards to which car she liked and I decided to go back later that afternoon on my own to take a second look at the rare Red Dragon......Frank was there to guide me again. He answered all of my questions and explained every detail to me. They worked with me on my trade in and fit the payments into my budget. Now my wife and I are VERY PROUD owners of a WRX STI EFX RED DRAGON. There hasn't been a day that's gone by since that we haven't stared at it (if we weren't driving it of course!!)
