We met Frank Woods who took us out for a test drive and he explained both the Subaru brand and the specifics of the Forester. We told Frank we just started shopping and not to "bug" us. He listened and did not keep calling or emailing. We liked the Forester, but I am leary about buying the first year of a model, so we kept the Tribute alive for another year. I stopped in this week, found that Frank was still working there and looked at some 2015s, I picked one so that they could give me a trade in quote. I told him I'd be back in a couple of days with my wife to take it for a test drive. We decided to get it and the process went smoothly. We financed since they were offering 0 % and dealt with Anita Clarkson who was also friendly and professional. Frank is a class act and SOJAX is lucky to have him. More

Amazing Experience We ordered our Crosstrek in February with Bruce and just picked it up last night, Bruce was very helpful with assisting us on getting all the features We ordered our Crosstrek in February with Bruce and just picked it up last night, Bruce was very helpful with assisting us on getting all the features we like and needed. We we got the call yesterday that our Crosstrek was in and Bruce seemed nearly as excited as we were. When we walked in we were greeted by Anita the finance director who was thrilled we were there to pick up our car. We did get there later in the evening but never felt rushed. Anita and Bruce both stayed late to go over everything in detail and to answer all of our questions. They were both very helpful and reassuring, I will be back again dragging others in to see them and with my 7 year warranty and 2 years maintenance I will be back just to say hello. You will not be disappointed! More
