Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. Due to the excellent friendly and knowledgeable customer service provided by our former salesman, Juan Hernandez in 2011, we again asked for Juan's assistance in selecting a new 2015 Forester, with a remote control rear door. Juan is not only sincerely helpful in selecting the "just right" vehicle we were looking for, but patient as we are seniors and helped us work out a monthly payment we could afford. We have nothing but the highest regard for both Subaru, (the dog tested vehicle) and our salesman, Juan. Thank You More

My salesman was Ryan, he met my husband at the airport on time picked him up, went to lu March 10, 2015 my husband flew down to Florida from Illinois. My salesman was Ryan, he met my husband at the airport on time picked him up, went to lunch, then back to the dealership to do the paperwork and was back on the road in 1 1/2 hours for the 12 hour trip back to Illinois. I don't know any other dealerships that do this. I bought over the Internet and Ryan was very patient with all my questions. Ryan made my husbands first trip on a plane and first trip to Florida a great experience, now he wants to go back to Florida sometime for a vacation. Great people at this dealership!!!!!! More

Bought my first Subaru Visited Subaru of Jacksonville at the beginning of the year knowing my beloved SAAB was nearing its end. I was immediately greeted by Kimberly and took a couple of test drives. I never felt pressured, and Kimberly answered all my questions with the utmost patience. I ordered an Impreza Sport Premium, detailing all the features I wanted. She answered all financing inquiries as well. I was given an anticipated date of arrival, and the car came early. The car had been detailed when I arrived, and financing went without a hitch. I was out the door quickly and driving my fantastic new car. A terrific experience all around. More
